If we have an issue with availability for your event a full refund for the items affected, then that deposit payment will be returned to you.
If your booking is excepted without availability issues you expect an email from 'BoothBook' which is our booking management system, this is where we house all our bookings, this also sets up an excellent client management portal for you and this is where you can view your account, payment history, contract which must be signed and so much more.
